All risk associated with the use of supplements is assumed solely by the customer. Liability for delivery or shipment transfers to the courier upon dispatch from our fulfillment center.

Orders are processed and shipped in scheduled batches to ensure consistency and quality. • Orders placed between the 1st–12th are scheduled for delivery around the 15th • Orders placed between the 13th–end of the month are scheduled for delivery around the 1st Subscription orders are billed monthly based on the original purchase date. Orders will be fulfilled according to the next available shipping date within our schedule. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Stack-Well is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit once the package has been handed to the courier. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout, as errors may result in delays or failed delivery.

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once processed and shipped. Stack-Well does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of all consumable products. Subscription orders may be canceled or modified at any time prior to the next billing date. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@mystackwell.ca and we will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
