Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@mystackwell.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
